Evo Quick elements are the fastest way to get RMS data, answers, and actions into your workflow, without navigating into admin or switching context. Available as part of Evo Everywhere, they surface what you need at the moment you need it: a Quick Action, a live panel, a full data view, or a plain-language answer from your own system.

What you see depends on what you choose to display on your Navigator screen, your user role, and what is activated for your property or group.

Evo Quick elements are available as part of an active Evo Everywhere subscription. No additional setup is required, your available RMS elements are ready when you log in.

Some elements appear in more than one place by design. The Rate and Inventory Health Check, for example, is available as both a Quick Panel and a Quick Section — a live at-a-glance view as you work, or a full detailed view when you need to go deeper. You choose the level of detail that fits the moment.

Quick Sections bring RMS or other system screens and dashboards into your working environment, without opening a separate system or navigating away from what you are doing. If enabled, Quick Sections are always on screen in the order you choose, below the Navigator Quick Ask window.

You can view status metrics to monitor your property's on-the-books and pace performance over a four to twelve month period, directly from Evo Navigator. No need to switch systems or open the full RMS.

You can use pricing management to view rates currently being sent to your central reservation system (CRS) and property management system (PMS), manually override pricing, or trigger rate updates — all directly in Evo Navigator.

You can view the budget screen, upload a budget, or enter a daily or monthly budget directly in Evo Navigator.

You can use the rate shopper module to view and compare competitor pricing directly in Evo Navigator.

You can update and understand specific dates that may behave differently from historical booking patterns, directly in Evo Navigator.
