View status metrics to monitor your property
The below will give an overview of the status screen:
The status screen shows occupancy, revenue and booking pace data for your property. You can compare current performance against the same time last year and your budget to identify revenue opportunities and make informed decisions about sales and marketing activities.

View your status metrics
The below steps outline how you can access and view your properties metrics:
On the left navigation under the header data center, click Status.
A screen will open with boxes divided by month and year.
The screen highlights key elements:
Property occupancy: The percentage in the top left shows your total occupancy currently on the books.
Monthly performance data: Each month displays key metrics:
ADR (average daily rate).
RevPAR (revenue per available room).
Revenue.
Booking pace indicators are shown in the center and right columns showing:
Rooms sold over the past week.
Rooms sold for the current month to date.
Group bookings that are shown in brackets next to the total rooms sold numbers.
Each metric uses color coding to show performance:
Green indicate numbers that exceed both last year and budget.
Yellow indicate numbers that trail either budget or last year.
Red indicate numbers that trail both last year and budget.
Blue indicates that no data is available.
To see specific comparison values hover over any data point for a month.
A new window will open and you will see the numerical values for same time last year and budget figures.
To adjust your view click the dropdown menu show 4 months and adjust your view to either four, eight or twelve month view.
To adjust your comparison view click the dropdown menu Compare dates by week day and choose either compare dates by calendar day or compare dates by weekday.
Filter your view
Follow the steps below to filter your view:
If you manage multiple properties, you can filter the view to specific properties.
Click the Filter box at the top of the screen.
Start typing the hotel name.
Select from the available options.
Repeat to add multiple hotels.
Click Filter to update the view with the selected properties.
