The RMS provides comprehensive reporting tools that help you monitor and analyze your property's performance. You can schedule reports for regular delivery or export them to Excel directly from the screen. Many reports are interactive, allowing you to show or hide specific data when viewing them online.

General reports

Audit report: This report displays user access to the RMS system, helping you track who has been using the platform.
Access report: This report shows system activity and RMS user behavior, providing insights into how your team uses the platform.
Forecasting reports
Below will outline details on the type of reports that can be run in forecasting reports:
Occupancy forecasting: This report displays forecasted occupancy for your selected date range, available as daily summaries or monthly overviews. It includes on-the-books reference points for both current and prior year data.
The report is interactive and you can click on the legends to customize your view and focus on specific data points.
Summary reports

Monthly totals: View daily and monthly totals for room nights and revenue to track your property's performance over time.
Info by sources: View occupancy and production information organised by booking source, helping you understand which channels drive the most business.
Info by agencies: Review occupancy and production data grouped by agency to evaluate partnership performance.
Info by room type: Analyze occupancy and production information categorized by room type to optimize your inventory mix.
Info by rates: Examine occupancy and production data organized by rate to understand pricing performance.
Info by forecasting: View occupancy, revenue, and forecast data including ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) projections.
Monthly closing: Access monthly revenue totals for the current year to track your property's financial performance.
Daily date range comparison: Compare revenue and ADR for selected dates against the previous year to identify trends and opportunities.
Daily pickup: Monitor pickup by day over a three-month period to understand booking patterns.
Rate activity: Review rate activity for your chosen date range to track pricing changes and performance.
Status: View your property's status for the current month and the following three-month period.
Override activity: Access rate activity reports including user override rates that haven't been sent.

Custom reports
You can create personalized reports for one or multiple properties using various data points and metrics.
These reports allow you to analyze:
Sources, markets, segments, rates, and room types.
Metrics such as pickup, ADR, average competitors, occupancy, and number of rooms.
Compare to same time last year and last year final data (optional).
You can save or edit these reports to run them again on demand, and schedule them for email delivery directly from this screen.
Forecast occupancy reports
View total occupancy estimates for your selected date range, organized by transient and group segments. The report includes variances compared to on-the-books and prior year data.
Operations reports
