Calendar management
The calendar provides an overview of your property's current performance with various data points. You can filter and customize the calendar view to analyze occupancy trends, forecasts, and compare performance against the same time last year.

View and navigate the calendar data
Follow the steps below to learn how to view and navigate the calendar data:
On the left navigation under the header management, click Calendar.
The calendar view will open: The calendar displays current occupancy and occupancy forecast data compared to the same time last year.
Hover over any of the figures to see comparisons to the same time last year or final figures from last year.
Some figures will be color coordinated.
Red means the figures are behind the indicated comparison.
Green means the figures are behind the indicated comparison.
Orange indicates the figures are on par with the comparison.
Days where pricing overrides are applied are shaded in blue.
The hotel's current pricing is displayed in grey. Hover over the eye icon to view the average daily rate of competitors.
Hover over the bar chart to view the pickup data.
In the calendar you can click the orange arrow to move to the next months data.
Click on the Date to change the start date of the calendar view.
Click Export and the system generates an .xls file with your calendar data. Save the file to your preferred location.
Filter calendar data
Follow the steps below to filter the calendar view:
Click filter at bottom left of screen.
Click filter active to set up the criteria to highlight on the calendar screen.
Click the box beside the days of week to highlight on the calendar screen.
Optional, enter the desired occupancy percentage on the books to highlight dates higher or lower than the amount entered.
If left as none the output will not be filtered with this criteria.
Optional, enter the desired forecasted occupancy percentage to highlight dates higher or lower than the amount entered.
If left as none the output will not be filtered with this criteria.
Choose to compare rates by recommended rate vs actual rate or comp set rate vs actual rate.
If left as none, the output will not be filtered with this criteria.
Choose to set the comparison criteria based on a percentage or flat amount, higher or lower compared to the actual rate.
If left as none the output will not be filtered with this criteria.
Click Apply and the calendar will refresh to highlight only days that meet your criteria in the filter.

Information tab
Follow the steps below to view information on a specific date in the calendar:
Click on any date in any box to get full insights to a specific date.
The first screen that opens is the information tab.
The Information tab displays data for your selected date and the equivalent date from the previous year. The information tab displays data on:
Rate base room.
Average daily rate hotel (ADR).
Recommended base room.
Revenue.
Occupancy.
Average rate.
Booking window.
In this screen you can review and create new notes in the text box provided.
To add new notes, click in the Write your notes here field.
Enter your note text.
Save your changes by clicking the orange tick.
Information regarding events will also display here.
Demand tab
Follow the steps below to view information in the demand tab:
Click on the Demand tab.
The demand graph shows sales evolution by segments for your selected day and up to ninety days prior to the arrival date.
The graph displays:
White section of graph indicates actual data from past days up to today.
Grey section of graph indicates forecast data.
Blue line shows this year's data.
Black line shows last year's data.
Yellow line represents the average values from historical data.
Forecast: Room nights forecast for the selected date.
On the books (OTB): Room nights confirmed for the selected date.
On the books, same time last year (OTB STLY): Room nights confirmed for the same day last year.
Occupancy last year (Occ LY): Occupancy percentage for the same day last year
The demand evolution compares the selected date against D-one, D-three, D-seven, D-fourteen, and D-thirty.
Comp set tab
In the comp set you can view the following information:
The comp set tab shows competitor rate changes over the last thirty days. The comp set data includes:
Current rate: Competitor prices for the indicated dates.
Minimum: Lowest price from competing hotels for the period.
Maximum: Highest price from competing hotels for the period.
Average change: Average increases or decreases in competitor rates.
Cancellations tab
The information below outlines the information shown in the cancellation tab:
In this section you can view cancellations over the last 90 days comparing this year to last year for your selected date.
Troubleshooting
Below outline some of the most frequent troubleshooting issues:
The calendar doesn't display data:
Check your user permissions for calendar access.
Verify that filters aren't too restrictive.
Ensure your date range includes available data.
Export function isn't working:
Check your browser's download settings.
Ensure you have sufficient storage space.
Try refreshing the page and attempting the export again.
Detailed date information doesn't load:
Try clicking on a different date first, then return to your desired date.
Check your internet connection.
Refresh the page if the issue persists.

Can I view data for multiple properties at once?
The calendar displays data for one property at a time. Switch between properties using the property selector.
How far back can I view historical data?
Historical data availability depends on your system configuration. Most data comparisons go back at least one year.
Can I customize which metrics appear on the calendar?
Yes, use the display options and filters to customize which data points are visible.
How often is the forecast data updated?
Forecast data updates regularly based on your system's refresh schedule, typically daily.
