Booking details
The booking area is informational only and displays reservations from your Property Management System (PMS), allowing you to view detailed information, filter listings, and generate reports. The system intentionally excludes guest personal details, showing only booking information for privacy.
Getting started
To be able to view reservations and booking details you will require the following:
Access to the RMS-Booking system.
Active connection to your Property Management System (PMS).
View booking details
Follow the steps outlined below to view booking details:
On the left navigate under the header Booking, click Booking.
To locate a specific reservation click Filter.
Enter details in the new screen that opens to try and identify the reservation. You can enter one or more of the following information to locate the reservation:
Code.
Confirmation ID.
Source, select the relevant option from the drop down list.
Booking date: click From and select the date in the calendar. Click To and select the date in the calendar.
Click the Status from the drop down menu.
Click and select the Rate.
Click and select the PMS Code.
Press Filter to implement the changes or click Close to return to the previous screen without implanting the information.
Click the eye
icon next to the reservation to view details.The detailed reservation information appears, showing all booking data without guest personal details.
The information listed in a specific reservation is listed below:

View bookings per night
Follow the below steps to view bookings per night and you will then be able to view reservations organized by arrival date, starting with the soonest arrivals:
On the left navigate under the header Booking, click Bookings per night.
The list of reservation starting with the soonest arrival will list.
The information that will be shown regarding reservations is listed below:
Code.
Confirmation ID.
Room.
Rate.
Agency.
Agency code.
Book date.
Check in.
Check out.
Status.
Agency percentage.
Subtotal agency.
Total agency.

On the left navigate under the header Booking, click Bookings per room.
The list of reservation starting with the soonest arrival will list.

Reservation No.
Room.
Check in.
Check out.
Agency.
Revenue.
Status.
Rate.
Last load integration.
To locate a specific reservations by date click Filter.
In the section Room night date, click on the boxes that shows todays dates and enter a from and to date.
Press Filter to implement the changes or click Close to return to the previous screen without implanting the information.
Click Export to view reservation details.
Troubleshooting
Below are the most common troubleshooting issues that have been reported. View the below to solve your possible issues:
Bookings not displaying? If you bookings are not displaying check the following details:
Check your PMS connection is active.
Verify you have the correct permissions to view bookings.
Refresh the page and try again.
Filters not working correctly? If your filters are not working check the following details:
Clear all existing filters and reapply them one at a time.
Check date ranges are valid and in the correct format.
Ensure agency names and codes are entered correctly.
Reports not generating? If your reports are not working check the following details:
Verify you have selected appropriate filter criteria.
Check you have bookings within your selected date range.
Try generating the report with fewer filters applied.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see guest personal information?
The system intentionally excludes guest personal details for privacy protection, displaying only booking information.
How recent are the bookings shown?
The system displays the most recently received reservations from your PMS.
Can I export the booking data?
Yes, you can generate reports that can be exported for further analysis.
What's the difference between bookings per night and per room?
Bookings per night sorts by arrival date, whilst bookings per room organizes by room assignments and current occupancy.
